PLAIN CHIPS MUFFIN

This is my 2nd time project of home bakery. Again I used the instant plain muffin mix, Nona brand. Well, I wanted to try out using this instant mix for trying out how my mixing method turned to be and baking time.
I mixed 100 g of water and 3 eggs into the instant mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes with medium speed. Then, I added 120g of vegetable oil for 1 minute until the mixture light and fluffy. Then, I poured the batter into muffin cups, added chocolate chips and baked for 30 minutes at temperature of 180C. I have to add 10 minutes more than the baking time suggested. May be how I placed the baking tray level inside the oven is not just or the mixture is over mixed....I guessed!
However, the result: texture of the muffin was soft and nice. My hubby loved it and my kids friends' enjoyed this sweet treats. Pass rate for a beginner...!

MY 1ST BAKERY - CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE

All my kids are chocolate lovers including myself. So I have started my 1st bakery with this chocolate moist cake. As a new beginner in this baking world, I have chosen the instant cake mix to familiarize with mixing method and baking time.
I mixed
3 eggs to one another and 100g of water into the instant cake mix with an electric mixer about 3 minutes in a high speed. Then, I added 150g of vegetable oil and mixed it in a slow speed until the cake mix is light and fluffy. Preheat the oven to 180C and put the batter into a greased cake pan. Baked it for 45 minutes.
The cake topping is
whipping cream, chocolate syrup and color rice.
Well, I was really happy that my Hubby and the kids liked the cake very much. The taste is a bit moist and tender.

MY HOME BAKERY JOURNEY BEGINS...

This Cornell product of CEO-TS35L has taking me to a new journey in baking world. Thanks to my dear hubby who has given me precious moral support and from thereon, I have never stopped surfing internet looking for various baking recipes and baking info, admiring the world master chef in baking. And guess what, it means I have expended my kitchenette aid horizon. I am really happy and enjoy with this new experience and hoping those out there to join me as well. The more is the merrier...!
