
I mixed 3 eggs to one another and 100g of water into the instant cake mix with an electric mixer about 3 minutes in a high speed. Then, I added 150g of vegetable oil and mixed it in a slow speed until the cake mix is light and fluffy. Preheat the oven to 180C and put the batter into a greased cake pan. Baked it for 45 minutes.
The cake topping is whipping cream, chocolate syrup and color rice.
Well, I was really happy that my Hubby and the kids liked the cake very much. The taste is a bit moist and tender.
